Britain's favourite children's festivals

Britons love festivals - the music, the people, the dancing... and why should children miss out? Festivals aren't just for adults, and in Britain there are lots of festivals dedicated to children and families. Here are a few of our favourites:

Winchester Children's Festival

The annual Winchester Children's Festival takes place at the Tower Arts Centre in Winchester, and features spectacular workshops and performances for all age groups. Children love the workshops, where they can make puppets, sing, draw, make music and learn circus skills.
