The park is suitable for wheelchair users, cyclists and those on foot and there is a special trail for horse riders. Networks of paths run through the park. Dogs are welcome but pleas remember that by-laws are in operation around the park. Fishing is available however an annual permit from the Angling Club is required. A mixture of woodland, grass and water areas within the park ensure that there is always a wide variety of wildlife present.
