Macduff Marine Aquarium lies right by the sea, overlooking the Moray Firth. The building's unique circular design encloses a central tank open to the sky containing 400,000 litres of sea water. This tank- with kelp reef and simulatedwave action- is home to wolfish, cuckoo wrasse, conga eels and lots more marine life. There are touch pools and an octopus tank, rock pool displays and a variety of exhibits from the Moray Firth Introduction to Ray Pool area. Diveshows, feeding, talks, videos, children's quizzes- family fun all year round!
