This museum in Pateley Bridge in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales has eleven rooms covering all aspects of Nidderdale life in the past. The displays include a complete cobbler's shop, Victorian sitting-room and kitchen, school room, general store, joiner's shop and solicitor's office with displays devoted to religious and domestic life, costume, transport, agriculture, industry, workhouse and courthouse.
