The appositely named Real Ale Wobble and Weird Fish Real Ale Ramble top and tail the Mid Wales Beer Festival.  The first weekend is for cycling enthusiasts, while the second relies solely on shanks' pony, but both weekends are fuelled with the local brew.

Seemingly encouraging the simultaneous benefits of exercise and inebriation, the festival guides intrepid participants through some of the most majestic scenery in the country, with checkpoints on the way so that no-one wanders off... The Real Ale Wobble takes place on the first weekend and the Real Ale Ramble on the second.

There are a variety of real ales on offer, as well as entertainment in the evenings.
