The Newcastle Science Festival returns to the city with amazing robots, incredible inventions and the occasional fireball. With plenty of activities for kids and adults, this festival promises fun and learning for all the family.
The festival kicks off with the internationally renowned Maker Faire, a two-day exhibition of DIY technology that's bound to inspire even the most reluctant household tinkerer.
The full programme is released only shortly before the festival but with a huge range of free and ticketed events a given, there's bound to be something for everyone.
