The organisers of the successful Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival return to Belfast with the mini Out to Lunch Arts Festival. Lunchtime and evening theatre, music and art take over the Black Box arts venue, alongside literary events and comedy.
Located in the Cathedral Quarter. Hill Street runs parallel to Donegall Street and can be accessed via Talbot Street or Waring Street.
