Jane's worked for Royal Mail for 16 years delivering post in the Welsh capital, Cardiff.
Here she takes us on a journey around the newly regenerated Cardiff Bay area and to some lesser known sights outside the city.
Jane's lucky enough to visit the new Millennium Centre for culture and arts on her route. She tells us locals call it 'the Armadillo' because of its unusual glass and slate structure, and its massive copper dome. Two poetic lines are inscribed in huge letters above the main entrance, the Welsh "Creu Gwir fel gwydr o ffwrnais awen", which means "creating truth like glass from the furnace of creation", and the English "In these stones, horizons sing".
Jane also takes us outside Cardiff to visit her secret safe haven, Cosmeston Lakes. Just a few miles from Cardiff, Jane comes here to walk her dog, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and to simply enjoy the Welsh countryside.
Just by the lakes you can also find Cosmeston Medieval Village; a 'living history' village set in the year 1350. Here you can talk to authentically costumed villagers, watch combat re-enactments and generally have a great family day out.
