Getting there
Getting to Hull is easy. There are daily P&O ferry crossings from Rotterdam (Holland) and Zeebrugge (Belgium) and regular flights from Schiphol, Amsterdam into Humberside Airport, which is only 30 minutes’ drive into Hull.
Getting around
Getting around the city is just as easy. You can explore many of the city’s attractions on foot since the centre is largely pedestrianised.
Alternatively ‘The Deep’ shuttle bus operates around the city stopping close to all the major attractions, the Old Town, The Museums Quarter and Trinity Quarter as well as providing a service to the major shopping areas.
Hull Park and Ride services operate from Priory Park (signposted on the A63 into the city) and Walton Street, Monday to Saturday.
There are a number of self-guided walks around the City, from the unique fish trail or ale trail, to the blue plaques’ guide to Hull’s famous people, family, events and history.
