Getting around
Liverpool city centre is quite compact so visitors should find no problems in getting around on foot. To make things a little quicker there are 4 underground stations – Lime Street, Central, Moorfields and James Street. To get to Albert Dock, James Street is the best option. For the Cathedrals and shopping areas Central Station offers easiest access. To get over to Wirral take a Ferry or the underground. For connections to other UK cities try Lime Street station. There are regular buses to and from Queen Square and Paradise Street.
