Getting around

Oxford is the pioneer of Park & Ride. All five Park & Ride sites are clearly signposted form the Oxford ring road. Frequent bus services operate from or nearby them all, 7 days a week, taking you straight into the heart of the city without the need to navigate or find a parking space.

Once you are in the compact city centre, you’ll find that its pedestrianised areas, tucked-away lanes and gated roads are best explored on foot.

Or do what the locals do – see the sights by bike! A wide range of cycle shops offer bicycle hire by the hour.

Visit The Oxford Information Centre in Broad Street for all visitor enquiries and advice.
