Day 2 - Birmingham to Stratford upon Avon to Newcastle

Take a local train to Stratford-upon-Avon, a delightful town famous as the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Then return to Birmingham and transfer to a late afternoon Virgin Cross-Country train that crosses the Heart of England and Yorkshire, finally traversing the River Tyne into Newcastle Central for your second overnight stop.
