Car
Bournemouth Airport lies on the northern edge of Bournemouth and is served by an excellent road network. Bournemouth has great road links to all parts of Southern England including scenic coastal roads and routes through the New Forest. The journey to London is about 105 miles and takes around 1 hour 45 minutes. Use the VisitBritain journey planner (visitbritain.transportdirect.info/web2) to find the best route to your destination.

Bus
You can take a local bus (number 747) from the airport to Bournemouth Triangle in the city centre. This bus also stops at the Travel Interchange where you'll find Bournemouth Train Station and National Express (www.nationalexpress.com/) coaches and Flight Link services linking you with the rest of England. Train
Bournemouth Train Station is 6 miles from the airport at the Travel Interchange. Take the 747 bus from the airport to the interchange where you'll find a number of train connections including Southampton (35 minutes) and London (1 hour 45 minutes).
On arrival at the Bournemouth Travel Interchange you can catch one of Bournemouth's distinctive yellow buses to the airport. Again, you need to look out for the 747 from Bournemouth Triangle to Bournemouth Airport.
