Taxi
London licensed taxis are always available from outside each terminal for travel within the London area. The fare from Heathrow to central London is about £46-50 with an average journey time of one hour. Journeys inside London and within 20 miles of the airport are priced using the taxi meter. Journeys to locations in the boroughs of Spelthorne, Egham, Colnebrook and Poyle cost a maximum of £25. For all other journeys outside London, you should agree the fare with your driver before the start of your journey.
