Wales' hottest independent music festival
The world’s best wakeboarders; the coolest music line-up; the best crowd of party people; and a stunning location. Get ready for Wakestock 2010 from 2-4 July.
Relentless Wakestock adds a completely new dimension to the rolling-around-in-mud-listening-to-bands formula we know and love. Wakestock adds wakeboarding into the mix to bring you a weekend of high-octane music and excitement. What started as a party in a car park after a wakeboard contest has grown into one of the coolest music festivals in Europe playing host of top bands and artists along with the biggest wakeboard competition in Europe.
In addition to this year’s amazing music line-up, there’s the incredible wakeboarding action. The main contest takes place in Pwllheli Marina, just under 2 miles from the festival site. All the wakeboarding sites are linked together by shuttle buses and could be walked, so you won’t have a problem getting around. The pro qualifier takes place on 3 July, when 20 pros will be fighting it out for 6 places in the final and the chance to hit the jackpot in the pro finals.
The highlight of the wakeboarding action is the pro final on 4 July, when the world’s finest wakeboarders will battle it out for thousands of pounds and the honour of being a Wakestock Champion.
Tickets for Relentless Wakestock 2010 are on sale now, and range from £40 for a single night ticket to £120 for a weekend camping ticket. Fore more information on this year’s festival and tickets, visit the Relentless Wakestock website.
