Twelve of the best restaurants in Bath and the South West will be serving up their signature dishes in Royal Victoria Park – just below the Royal Crescent. There'll be a stellar cast of chefs including Raymond Blanc, Michael Caines, Martin Blunos, Chris Horridge, Antony Worrall Thompson, Martin Burge and Mitch Tonks. The event promises each visitor a chance to explore the finest food and drink offerings that the South West has to offer, complimented with music, celebrity chef demonstrations, wine seminars and a specialty beer academy.
This year's fantastic features will include the Taste Kitchen with chef demonstrations, hands-on cookery classes from the Bertinet Kitchen and the Producers' Market showcasing a range of the finest local produce from the South West. Learn insider tips from top celebrity chefs on the art of outdoor cooking and then take part in the ultimate alfresco challenge in one of the sizzling cook-offs.
