Day 1
Spend a glorious day in the ‘garden of England’ visiting Anne Boleyn’s family home, Hever Castle, before dropping by Penshurst Place with its historic gardens. If gardens are your scene then don’t miss classic Sissinghurst with its ‘outdoor rooms’ Fairytale Leeds Castle was used as a location for Elizabeth, The Golden Age.

Day 2
So much to choose from! There’s The Tower, scene of so much real-life drama over 1,000 years, and The Banqueting House, all that remains of the palace of Whitehall. Westminster Abbey and Shakespeare’s Globe all have Tudor and Royal glories to discover. Take a boat down to Greenwich - the Tudor palace may not be there but the treasures of the National Maritime Museum are (and Eltham Palace isn’t far away) Get up-to-date with the Millennium Bridge, London Eye, Tate galleries or the myriad of music and theatre venues in the capital.

Day 3
Head out of the city to Hampton Court and walk through hundreds of years of Royal history in this spectacular riverfront location. Further west is Windsor Castle for a peek into a past and present Royal residence.
