Queen Elizabeth II

By then, she had already been married to Prince Phillip for 5 years and they had had the first 2 of their eventual 4 children – Prince Charles and Princess Anne. Her Majesty's Coronation took place in Westminster Abbey in 1953.

Seven years after her coronation, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip had their third child, Prince Andrew, making Andrew the first child to be born to a reigning monarch since Queen Victoria’s reign. Prince Edward followed in 1964, as did eventually, a total of seven grandchildren.
