From Inverness take the Kyle line, one of the great scenic rail journeys of the world, to Kyle. Eighty-two miles of track reveal countless scenes of mountains, lochs and glens, and often stags and red deer. From Kyle, it’s just a short bus ride over the Skye Bridge to the extraordinary Isle of Skye.
