If only relaxing doing nothing was as enjoyable for the kids as it is for grown-ups. Fortunately, Britain offers such a fantastic range of family friendly places to stay you'll never hear those dreaded words; "I'm bored".
Hotels that are part of the Families Welcome Scheme (England) and Children Welcome Scheme (Scotland) are indicated. Northern Ireland and Wales do not operate official schemes, but the hotels featured here are recommended by local authorities as great family friendly hotels.
