Left & lost luggage on the bus & coach
Bus
If you think you've left something on a public bus, you should contact the supervisor of the bus station or garage that manages the route. Alternatively, most bus stations have lost property offices. If there's no lost property office, ask at the information point at the bus station. There aren't usually left luggage facilities at bus stops or stations.
Coach
If you think you've left something on a coach, the best thing to do is go back and ask the driver if you can check the coach. If you can't do this, ask at the coach operator's office in the coach terminal. If you can't get to the terminal, contact the coach operator. There aren't usually left luggage facilities at coach stops, but they may be available at large coach terminals. Check with the operator.
