新福瑞斯特－最好的林地、海岸和沼泽
新福瑞斯特国家公园因古老的林地和石南灌丛而闻名，近 1000 年前，“征服者威廉”首度将此地纳入自己的保护范围。

自 1079 年被“征服者威廉”列为狩猎森林以来，新福瑞斯特倍受保护、茁壮发展，至今仍为保护对象。 您可以在巴克勒哈德村（Buckler's Hard）探寻英国海军历史，尼尔逊海军上将的舰船就是在此建造而成，还可参观博里于（Beaulieu），探访其古老的修道院和老爷车博物馆。
