An ideal spot to watch a Premier League fixture unfold is Frankie's Sports Bar & Grill. It’s as close to Stamford Bridge as possible without watching the game inside the stadium, you’ll feel as though you’re in the middle of all the match day magic. If you want to watch a Premier League match with Fulham fans head to The Golden Lion the oldest pub in Fulham. With large screens and a spacious beer garden it’s a class act on match days.

Have an evening to remember at The Prince. The warm atmosphere will keep your spirits high if your team won or the result feel like a distant memory if your team lost! With 3 bars, 4 restaurants and alfresco dining this spot has something for everyone. Another spot to check out is Simmons, a 1920s-style cocktail bar with a 5-hour ‘happy hour’ from 4pm-9pm Sunday to Friday.

See where the action happens with a stadium tour

Start the second half of your trip with a filling breakfast at Local Hero – their ham, cheese and egg croissant is a winner. Or venture to the retro River Cafe (the less famous one) opposite Putney Bridge station for more traditional breakfast offerings like egg, beans and chips.

Take a tour of Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, and walk in the footsteps of some of the biggest characters in football on and off the pitch. Get a feel of the culture at Stamford Bridge as you visit stands in the stadium, explore the dressing rooms and walk down the players’ tunnel.

Hop on the Tube to Putney Bridge and visit Craven Cottage the home of Fulham FC since 1896. Resting on the banks of the Thames, Craven Cottage, is the oldest football stadium in London. It’s a stadium which fans remember happier days in the top flight with stars like Clint Dempsey, helping them to achieve record finishes in the Premier League.

How to get there?

Fulham Broadway is a 15-minute Tube journey from London Victoria, while Putney Bridge is 18-minute journey from London Victoria.
