Chefs Manuele Bazzoni and Girolamo de Gennaro focus on high quality produce, made fresh everyday in the pasta lab. Tuck into steamed clams doused in yellow tomato sauce, pumpkin gnocchi and creamy buffalo ricotta rigatoni.
