Practice your magic at this Harry Potter themed afternoon tea

Can you believe it’s been 20 years since Harry Potter stole our hearts with his wizarding ways?

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of J.K. Rowling's first novel, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone—and the 10th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the final book in the series—a bed-and-breakfast in South Wales is now offering guests the HP treatment.

Throughout 2017, Llety Cynin is hosting a twice-weekly “Wizard's Tea” featuring themed menus (there’s one for adults and another for children) with goodies like Hot Butter Beer, chocolate frogs, and of course, birthday cake.

To add to the atmosphere, which has been decorated to resemble the Great Hall (it’s even covered in Hogwarts emblems), all of the scrumptious sweet and savory treats are served in owl cages. Currently, the “Wizard’s Tea” costs £10.95 for children and £15.95 for adults, but is filling up very quickly due to overwhelming popularity.

And just in case you’re looking for even more Harry Potter fun during your next trip to Britain, consider booking a behind-the-scenes studio tour or guided walking excursion.
