Day 1 - Sunday, 19 April 2020

Arrival in Belfast from various destinations to check into the Fabulous 5* Fitzwilliam Hotel. This modern city centre accommodation is the perfect location to unwind after your long journey, enjoy a meal or step outside and experience Belfast City at your leisure.

Day 2 – Monday, 20 April 2020

9:00 - Let’s meet at reception and make the short journey across Belfast to TITANIC BELFAST. A world class venue which tells the story of this most famous ship. The centre offers much more than the galleries that tell the ship’s story. It’s a superb venue for any conference or gala dinner. We want you to explore all it has to offer with a behind the scenes tour. Depart at 10:30.

10:45 - Meet CAROLINE WILSON from Taste & Tour, our recognised “foodie expert” a great ambassador for our country. Explore the city on foot as Caroline takes you to various eateries to meet real Belfast people. Eat, Drink and be Merry in the company of this wonderful hostess until 12:45.

13:15 - LARCHFIELD ESTATE is a Charles Lanyon property and one of a series of fine country houses built for the “Gentry” in the Victorian era. It is the family home to Gavin and Sarah Mackie, who have in recent times opened their gates to esteemed clientele. The venue offers fine dining opportunities, team building experiences and much more. Enjoy a tour of this estate and plot your own uses for this fine hidden gem.   Depart at 14:30.

15:00 - HILLSBOROUGH CASTLE is the Royal residence of Queen Elizabeth in Northern Ireland. Recently restored, its elegant beauty is simply stunning. Most people get to explore the gardens and tour the house. For your clientele think, banquets and for the exceptional discerning guest an overnight stay is possible!

Depart at 16:00.

16:30 - Return to Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast to freshen up!

18:30 - Drinks reception at the fabulous Fitzwilliam Hotel followed by a site inspection to give you a feel for the services offered and their range of accommodation. This will be your chance to ask about rates and availability. Depart hotel at 19:15.

19:30 - Dinner in The Great Room at The Merchant Hotel, followed by a nightcap in The Observatory Bar at the Grand Central Hotel.

Day 3 – Tuesday, 21 April 2020

9:00 - Meet in the hotel reception and depart Belfast to begin our journey along the Causeway Coastal Route. Voted in the top 5 coastal journeys in Europe. In 2018 Lonely Planet made this their No.1 travel recommendation in the World. It is simply stunning.

10:00 - Meet Adrian Morrow, the estate manager at Glenarm Castle. The MacDonnell of Antrim Clan have lived here since the mid-18th Century and is still the home of Viscount Dunluce. Adrian is a great character and his tour of the castle will allow you access to areas exclusive to our clientele. The estate offers a range of possibilities including meet the family, accommodation, dining experiences, Falconry and lots more. So, take the time to ask Adrian lots of questions.

Depart at 11:15.

12:45 - Arrive at Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, an iconic part of our tourism offering. Almost 250,000 people walk the cliff path to cross the bridge annually. “Beyond the Bridge” traces the steps of the fisherman who made the journey to fish for salmon in the Atlantic Ocean. You can become one of a small number of people who are afforded the opportunity to enter the old cottage “fishery”, sit by the fire and tell stories. Listen to the silence, bask in the ambience and cleanse your soul. Now imagine reliving this experience and selling it to your clientele.

Depart at 13:45.

14:30 - Enjoy lunch at the Bushmills Inn. Consistency is the key to their success, achieved through staff with longevity and pride in their work.

15:30 - The Giants Causeway is my home and today I want you to enjoy it through “Whiskey on the Rocks” Bushmills whiskey on the basalt columns of the world’s 8th wonder and Northern Irelands only UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Depart at 16:45

17:30 - Galgorm Spa and Golf Resort, is an award-winning hotel and then some. This is the ideal centralised location to base your groups in to explore the best of both our scenic Causeway Coast and Belfast City. We have been offered a site inspection, where you can view the range of accommodation and ask questions about rates and availability. The Spa facilities are unequalled in Europe and there will be an opportunity to use them.

Day 4 – Wednesday, 22 April 2020

Leave Galgorm Spa and Golf Resort, for our short journey to Belfast International Airport, where one last surprise is left to enjoy before you leave!
