Where can I find the best Pokémon in London?

If you’re hooked on Pokémon Go then you’ll be desperate to know the best places in Britain to catch em all. To get you started here’s 5 of the most iconic places we’ve found Pokémon hiding in London.

Catch Pokemon at Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace

Recent reports show that there’s not one but two gyms to be found at Buckingham Palace, the official residence of the Queen. Whilst there why not enjoy the splendour of the State Rooms and take a tour of the palace’s gardens, open for a limited period to celebrate the Queens 90th birthday.

Catch Pokemon at the London Eye

London Eye

The London Eye is a favourite attraction for both tourists and Pokémon alike. Towering above Westminster and the Houses of Parliament, it offers a fantastic bird’s eye view over all of London. Why not book a 30 minute ride and see if you can spot any Pokémon from 135 metres above ground.

London’s most famous square is home to the National Gallery and Nelson’s Column and now a plethora of Pokémon. Trafalgar Square in the heart of the city rapidly becoming a hotspot for Pokémon activity, especially the fountain which is very attractive to water loving Pokémon.

Catch Pokemon at Hyde Park

Hyde Park

Stretching north from Hyde Park Corner to Marble Arch, Hyde Park is a huge island of green among London’s busiest shopping streets. It makes a great spot for a picnic, cycle or Pokémon hunt. You can often find them hanging about by the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain.

Big Ben is not only the Houses of Parliament's iconic clock tower but also a Pokémon GO Gym! London's most famous landmark has become a prime location for Pokémon catchers.  Whilst you’re there why not take a rare chance to travel on a beautifully-restored, vintage London bus and tour London’s other iconic landmarks where you’re sure to find some more Pokémon hiding.
