Once the world's richest family, the Butes created a staggeringly ornate home for themselves in Cardiff Castle. With views out across the grounds, Cardiff Castle Library features incredibly intricate details surrounding the elaborately decorated shelves, each full of row after row of colourfully bound old books. Take a 360-degree wander through this stunning room of calm contemplation, as sunlight filters through the stained glass windows illuminating busts and flashing off the mesmeric detail surrounding you:

You can also explore Cardiff Castle's Arab Room in 360. Cardiff, the capital of Wales, is just over 2 hours by train from London. You can take in the key sights including the castle on the Cardiff City Sightseeing tour.
