Ah, the White Cliffs of Dover, such a British sight! The towering chalk cliffs of the south coast of Britain have inspired artists and writers for centuries – and it’s not hard to see why. While these gorgeous cliffs have been turned into pieces of art many times, you've never seen them like this! A wander along the coastal path provides breathtaking views of both the sea and rolling English countryside. Don’t miss a visit to Dover Castle, too.

Manchester’s Castlefield Canals

Manchester Castlefield

This area was bustling during the Industrial Revolution, but now Castlefield is an oasis of calm within Manchester city centre. It’s the UK’s first Urban Heritage Park, which protects and preserves its canals and cobbles, making it a fascinating place to stroll and relive the history of this area that helped carve modern England!

Borough Market, London

Dating back to the 13th century, this London food market is renowned for its wide selection of local and international produce. Wander around and sample the gourmet food from more than 100 shops, stalls and restaurants. Just make sure you come hungry!

Blackpool Pier

Blackpool Pier

Blackpool, located on the northwest coast of England, is one of the most popular seaside destinations for Brits. The Blackpool Illuminations are famous – every summer hundreds of lights run light up the seafront for more than 6 miles (10km), using over one million bulbs – it’s an awesome spectacle. Don’t miss the traditional fairground rides on the pier, plus climb up the tower for amazing views. If you dare, take the walk of faith- the observation deck of the tower is made of glass and 518 feet (157m) up in the air!

Glenfinnan Viaduct, Scotland

What a way to see the Highlands of Scotland – out of the window of a heritage train! As the West Highlands line crosses Glenfinnan Viaduct, you can see Loch Shiel and the Jacobite monument. This charming railway bridge was immortalised when the Hogwarts Express passed over it in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. We’re sure you’ll agree: the views are truly magical, even in 16-bit pixels!

Glastonbury Festival, Somerset

Glastonbury Festival

Whether it’s music, dance, comedy, theatre, circus, or cabaret that you want, Glastonbury Festival has it all. The 5-day festival held in late June in beautiful farmland is sometimes a mud party but always unforgettable. The festival first started in 1970 and over the years the iconic Pyramid Stage has hosted the biggest names in music, with recent starts at centre stage including Beyonce, Radiohead, and Kanye West.

Standing 66 feet(20m) high with a wingspan of 177 feet(54m), the sculpture dominates the skyline and is truly a wonder to behold in real life!
