Llangollen

Begin your tour with a gentle drive through the beautiful Dee Valley to the picturesque market town of Llangollen. Visiting Llangollen is like visiting a by-gone era of horse-drawn canal boats and ancient traditions. The area is steeped in Arthurian legend, so take your time to explore the mysteries.

Snowdonia National Park

Journey west to the mountains, waterfalls and ice-blue lakes of the Snowdonia National Park. Time to leave the car and put on your walking boots, as this area is best explored on foot. You can even take a steam-powered train right to the 3,560 ft summit of Mount Snowdon.

Caernarfon

Now head to the sea and follow the breathtaking Welsh coastline north to Caernarfon. The focal point of this busy seaside town is the vast medieval fortress built by Edward I – Caernarfon Castle. Round off your tour with a real historical treat at the World Heritage Site, Conwy Castle.
