Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion is a free to enter Prize Draw. The Prize is a £50 Amazon Voucher (the “Prize”).
  2. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must take the survey via the link on the post and enter their details at the end to be eligible to be entered.                                         
  3. The Promoter is BRITISH TOURIST AUTHORITY, a statutory body incorporated under the Development of Tourism Act 1969 of 4th Floor, Victoria Square House, Birmingham, B2 4BP.
  4. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.
  5. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 years. Entrants must have a valid Meta account.  The Prize Draw is free to enter.  The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
  6. Employees of the Promoter, their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
  7. The Prize Draw opens on the 17 February 2026 at 1pm GMT and closes on the 24 February 2026 at 23.59GMT.  
  8. Late, illegible, incomplete, offensive, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and technical failure howsoever caused.  Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Promotion at any time.
  9. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  10. Entries must be received on the Research.net Powered Online Survey page between the time and during the dates above.  Any entries received after such time and dates (above) will not be accepted.
  11. The Prize Draw winner will be randomly selected from all the successful entries at around 30 March at 1pm GMT on the  and the winner will be notified within 72 hours of being selected by a private message to their Facebook account from a member of the social media team.
  12. The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) days of receiving the notification that they have won. If the winner fails to accept the Prize within this time then a re-draw will take place on the eighth (8th) day and a new winner will be randomly selected and announced.
  13. The Prize will take up to 28 days to reach the winner.
  14. The Prize Winner’s name will be available from the Promoter’s address between 15 April 2026 and 15 May 2025, upon request and provided a SAE is enclosed or by email [email protected]
  15. The Prize Draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
  16. This Prize Draw is being run within the guidelines set out by Meta regarding Promotions on their network and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
  17. The Prize has not been donated or sponsored by any company which may manufacture and/or produce it.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
  19. Entry to the Prize Draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
