立地や料金により、その施設やサービスもさまざまだ。タウン・ハウス・ホテルは街の中心にあり、数は少ないながら、その部屋は豪華そのもの。選び抜かれた調度品、どこまでも行き届いたスタッフ、そして超一流の料理も魅力だ。（レストランがない場合も24時間ルームサービスを提供しているところが多い）また同じく街の中心にあるホテルのカテゴリーとして、‘メトロ・ホテル’がある。このカテゴリーのホテルでは夕食は出さないが、それ以外のサービスは一般のホテルと変わらない。
カントリー・ハウス・ホテルはその名の通り、美しいカントリーサイドにある。地所内に建てられているものが多く、天蓋付きベッドの部屋があったりするなど、その内装は豪華そのもの。中にはプールやヘルス・スパ設備付きのものや、クレー射撃や釣りなどのスポーツを楽しめる所もある。
2人部屋朝食つきで、ロンドン以外は1泊70ポンドから、ロンドンでは200ポンド以上と料金の幅も広い。週末やシーズンオフには、割引料金を提供しているホテルも多い。
