Coombe Abbey Hotel

Coombe Abbey Hotel, Warwickshire

Coombe Abbey Hotel is an historic four-star hotel set in 500 acres of parkland, with its own high ropes tree-top adventure for some vertigo-inducing team-building activities.

MTC Events 

MTC Events, Coventry

MTC Events provides access to the lecture theatres, exhibition space and meeting rooms of The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry. 

  • Event spaces combine the MTC’s reputation for world-leading manufacturing with high quality meeting facilities, providing flexible spaces capable of hosting events from four to 400 attendees. 
  • The Sir William Siemens Theatre can hold conferences for up to 252 attendees. The room is a fantastically modern lecture theatre with a video wall and fully-equipped sound system.
  • A dedicated 111 sqm / 1,194 sqft exhibition space can support smaller trade exhibitions or individual product launches. The proximity of the space to the Sir William Siemens Theatre ensures any exhibitions linked to conferences work well together.
  • Eight additional meeting rooms can be configured in boardroom or u-shaped room set-ups and can host from from to 24 people. All the rooms come with large flat-screen HD TV’s as standard and ‘plug and play’ connectivity.

Conference Park

Conference Park, Warwickshire

Warwick Conferences manages Conference Park, the first-class meeting and event facilities at the University of Warwick. 

  • The Warwick Arts Centre within Conference Park offers the 1,540-seat Butterworth Hall, two additional theatres with seated capacities of 550 and 250 respectively, plus a flexible black box studio with 150 seats.  
  • Conference Park has 1,200 available bedrooms, 800 of which have en-suite facilities.
  • The Ramphal Building is a contemporary environment with 10 seminar rooms, a private foyer and a tiered lecture theatre.
