Opened January 2023

To mark ten years since Northumberland National Park became England’s first International Dark Sky Park, Crabtree & Crabtree launched a stargazing accommodation collection. Ten self-catering properties are located in various areas around the Dark Sky Park, each equipped with their own telescopes and binoculars, and an option to add a stargazing kit. Some properties are suitable for couples, with the largest ones capable of hosting up to six guests. Located in Ingram Valley and sleeping up to four guests, the Star Barn oozes cosy cottage vibes, with snug eaves and warm hues. The Hemmel provides the perfect eco-escape, situated on an off-grid estate in Rothbury, surrounded by walking and cycling routes alongside prime bird-watching sites. Or look to Wagtail for a romantic retreat close to Hadrian’s Wall.
