A date for the diary

Newcastle's queer scene

Whether you’re in the mood to sip a pint at a local pub or hear live tunes at a late-night club, Newcastle boasts one of the most thriving LGBTQIA+ scenes in the UK. The liveliest gay bars are located between Central Station and the Metro Radio Arena, in an area known locally as the Pink Triangle or The Gay Village. Pride in Gateshead will return in summer 2025, including concerts, a family picnic and a colour run.
