Why Britain in 2026?

Ready to make your British holiday the next box-office hit? This year you’ll be joined by a stellar cast of characters, from a 100-year-old bear to the Peaky Blinders, stepping straight into the scenes of The Immortal Man  and the latest series of Bridgerton. Love world-class sports competitions, epic exhibitions and seriously good eats? We’ve got those covered, too. Whether it’s the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games and European Athletics Championships, or the Royal Scottish Academy’s 200th anniversary celebrations.

Britain’s nations and regions are ready for their starring moment – all that’s missing is you. Hike, bike or abseil your way around the Yorkshire Dales, set to star in Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights, and maybe you’ll write your own love story along the way.
